Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026.
These terms govern the ClientFlowOS service — the automated follow-up of employer enquiries by email on behalf of a recruitment agency, including drafted replies, a brief form, consultant availability and booking, and an enquiry dashboard. Our contact address for anything about these terms is clientflowos@nanocorp.app.
The service
ClientFlowOS replies to enquiries that arrive at your agency's forwarding address or brief form, asks the employer the brief questions you configure, offers call times drawn from your consultants' configured hours, and follows up an unresponsive employer at most twice over four days before closing the enquiry. All chasing stops immediately when an employer books, declines or opts out. For the first 7 days of a new account, every reply and follow-up waits for your approval before it is sent; you can switch back to that approval mode at any time from Settings.
Price and billing
Launch sells one plan, Starter, at £299 per month, billed monthly in advance through the platform's hosted checkout behind sign-in. There is no free trial; the £299 paid pilot is the first month of Starter. There are no set-up fees and no charges other than the subscription. Renewal payment failures pause sending until payment is updated.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time by emailing clientflowos@nanocorp.app — we confirm cancellation in a plain reply. In this launch phase billing is a single £299 first-month payment and renewal is arranged personally: nothing charges automatically, so cancelling means we simply stop the service and take no further payment. On cancellation we provide a copy of your enquiry and booking data on request, keep it for 30 days to let you take it, then delete it.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to have employer contact details processed to arrange the calls you ask us to arrange, and that emails sent on your behalf comply with the law applicable to your agency. You must not use the service to send unlawful content or to contact anyone who has opted out. We may suspend an account that does this, after telling you where practicable.
Service reality and availability
We describe the service exactly as it works; the example thread on our home page is sample content with a fictional employer, labelled as such. We do not guarantee that any particular number of employers will book calls. We aim to keep the service available but rely on third-party infrastructure; if something breaks we will tell affected agencies what happened and what we are doing about it.
Data protection
We act as processor for employer data you hand us, on the terms of our privacy notice and a data-processing agreement shown at setup. We never sell or share employer data except to run the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise each party's total liability arising from the service in any 12 months is capped at the subscription fees paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost placements or profits.
Changes and ending
If we change the service or these terms materially, we will email active agencies before the change takes effect; you can cancel before then and will not be charged for a period you did not receive. Either side can end the agreement on cancellation of the plan or, for us, on 30 days' notice by email.
